Jesus teaches us a powerful principle about faithfulness. Those who are faithful with little on earth will be entrusted with much in heaven. In the parable of the minas, the servant who multiplied ten minas was rewarded with authority over ten cities, and the one who was faithful with five minas was placed over five cities. This reveals a spiritual truth: God sees and values our faithfulness in small things.
In David's life, he was faithful in small things while working for his father, taking care of his father's flocks. He faithfully protected them and fought for them even when no one was watching. Later, his faithfulness in the hidden place led him to become king over all Israel.
Many times we feel unqualified or not well-trained for God's work. But God is not looking for perfection; He is looking for faithfulness in small things. We are called to start with simple steps and to remain faithful each day. Let this be our daily prayer: "Am I faithful to You and to Your work, Lord?" In every task, big or small, may we serve with a sincere heart.

Our responsibility is not the size of what we are given, but the faithfulness with which we handle it. When we are trustworthy in little things, God prepares us for greater assignments in His kingdom. Every act of obedience, service, and stewardship matters to Him, and He rewards faithfulness with greater responsibility in His perfect time.
This reminds us that God notices faithfulness in the unseen seasons. What is done in secret with a sincere heart prepares us for greater responsibilities in God's perfect timing.
